The building was constructed as a pavilion at Feng Chia University in Taichung, Taiwan. WFG was used to enable clear glazing towards the lake with south orientation, which would normally require darker/tinted glazing.
WFG turned the challenge of solar gain into an opportunity by absorbing the heat with the water layer and working as a solar panel.
Water-filled Glass was first used on this prototype building located in Kecskemet, Hungary.
The structure was built as a small garden room or cabin.
